When we arrived, the doors were locked on both sides of the bldg. We had to call to have someone come down to open the door. However, besides that this place was very professional and they accommodated my family of 10. I did think they'd be in a different room than us (Mom & Dad) viewing the ultrasound, but everyone in the same room made it a more intimate moment. I would recommend this place.
